Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee (Georgia House)
The House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee is a 15-member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and 12 members. The Committee operates under a House mandate to evaluate legislation affecting law enforcement and public safety issues throughout the state.[1]

The House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee is responsible for all legislation impacting law enforcement and public safety issues facing Georgia.[1]
