Navalur is a suburb in Chennai, India. It is situated in Kancheepuram district, Tamil Nadu, located around 24 km south of the city, along Old Mahabalipuram Road. Navalur is located between Sholinganallur and Siruseri and comes under Thiruporur taluk. The place was once a village but with the advent of IT Companies and the rapid development of the Old Mahabalipuram Road, it has become a bustling suburban.
