Dewitt, Lassen County, California

Dewitt is a former settlement in Lassen County, California.^[1] It was located 5 miles (8 km) west of Purser.^[1]

A post office operated at Dewitt from 1903 to 1927.^[1] The name honored Walter B. Dewitt, its first postmaster.^[1]
