Dickenson (also, Dickinson)^[2] is a former settlement in Merced County, California.^[1] It was located on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad 3.25 miles (5.2 km) southeast of Le Grand,^[2] at an elevation of 272 feet (83 m).^[1] Dickenson still appeared on USGS maps as of 1918.^[1]

The name honors William Legrand Dickinson.^[2]
