Brito is an unincorporated community in Merced County, California.[1] It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 4.5 miles (7.2 km) west of Dos Palos,[2] at an elevation of 108 feet (33 m).[1]

According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Brito has a semi-arid climate, abbreviated "BSk" on climate maps.[3]
