Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1 to 2-1/2 baths and 1 to 2 car garages. About 2/3rds of the homes have full basements. Access to the Hickory Hill Estates neighborhood is from Lower Ferry Road onto Hickory Hill Drive or Pennington Road (Route 31) onto Old Forge Lane.
