Zurich (formerly, Alvord^[1] and Station^[2]) is a former settlement in Inyo County, California.^[1] It was a stop of the Carson and Colorado Railway. ^[3] It is located 2 miles (3 km) northeast of Big Pine,^[2] at an elevation of 3934 feet (1199 m).^[1]
