Early life

Giancola was born in Hazlet, New Jersey to parents Al and Angela Giancola, who divorced in 2005. She is of Italian and Greek descent.[1][2] In her younger years, Giancola would win contests for her artistic abilities.[3] Giancola was a four-year varsity soccer letter winner at Raritan High School.[4] Giancola also competed in softball and track in high school. [5] She majored in Sociology at William Paterson University where she was a midfielder on the university's women soccer team.[4] She has two sisters, Nikki and Rachel Giancola. Back when Samantha was still studying at William Paterson University she helped her team win the Eastern College Athletic Conference’s Metro Tournament. Prior to William Paterson University, she was a four-year varsity letter winner at Raritan H.S. and was named the team’s Most Improved Player.[6]

Jersey Shore

[7] She has since appeared with her cast mates on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Wendy Williams Show and Live with Regis and Kelly. Later in 2012, Giancola and her Jersey Shore co-stars appeared in the 2012 film The Three Stooges.[8][9]

Other ventures
