Rosalba "Sal" Abreu García (born November 18, 1992) is a Dominican model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Dominican Republic 2016. She will represent Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant.

Garcías was born in Maimón. She is a Dominican international model who has modeled for renowned Dominican Fashion brands for many years. She has graced the cover of ‘Oh Magazine’and was also featured on worldwide celebrated magazine ‘Elite Europe’.
