MCDC or MCDC, Canlubang is a redevelopment sitio and one of the five sitios covered at Kapayapaan Ville in barangay Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna, Asia-1 to the north, Ceris-2 to the east, Sirang Lupa to the south and Asia-2 to the west.

Sitio MCDC is a subdivision project located at the east Kapayapaan Ville Area, MCDC has a two compounds, MCDC-1 and MCDC-2 divided into puroks.
MCDC-1
MCDC -1 or better known as (Purok 16-18) is a divided puroks in Sitio MCDC located at the south east portion of Canlubang. In Kapayapaan Ville.
MCDC-2
MCDC-2 known as (Purok 12-15) is a second compound located at sitio MCDC in Kapayapaan Ville, it is situated at the east part of Kapayapaan Ville.
