History

Laurel Township was established in 1845.[4]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 31.74 square miles (82.2 km2), of which 31.5 square miles (82 km2) (or 99.24%) is land and 0.23 square miles (0.60 km2) (or 0.72%) is water.[3] Triple Lakes is in this township.
