List of Utah Transit Authority bus routes

The Utah Transit Authority provides over 100 bus routes, including local and express service for Salt Lake and Utah Counties, local service for Davis and Weber Counties and Brigham City, and interurban routes. The system covers 1,400 square miles (3,600 km2) and, in 2009, provided 22 million bus trips.[1]

The fleet contains more than 600 buses including hybrid-electric, ski, coach, and paratransit buses.[1]

Route list

<100 series routes

Runs primarily east and west in Salt Lake County. The route number indicates the primary road travelled on, e.g. route 39 travels on 3900 south.

200 series routes

Runs primarily north and south in Salt Lake County. The route number will indicate primary road traveled on, e.g. route 203 travels on 300 east.

300 series routes

UTA Fast Buses (limited stops) operating in Salt Lake County.

400 series routes

Connects Salt Lake City with Davis, Weber, and Tooele Counties.

500 series routes

Operates solely within Salt Lake County

600 series routes

Connects Davis, Weber, and Box Elder Counties

700 series routes

Reserved for UTA rail services

800 series routes

Utah County routes with a single connection to Draper

900 series routes

A ski bus

Reserved for seasonal connections to ski resorts east of Salt Lake County. Connection destinations include Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. It also includes 3 routes on the northwest side of Salt Lake City focusing on West High School. Also included are the PC-SLC Connect routes which are a joint operation between UTA, Park City, and Summit County. There are also ski season only routes in Utah County (880) and Weber County (670 & 675).
