KDFH (95.9 FM) is a classical music radio station licensed to Big Sur, California.[1] The station also serves the Monterey and Santa Cruz areas.[2]

KDFH is owned by the University of Southern California.

History

In June 2016, Mount Wilson Broadcasting donated KMZT-FM's 95.9 frequency to the University of Southern California. The 95.9 frequency will become part of USC's classical music radio network. Mount Wilson FM Broadcasting retains the KMZT-FM call letters.[3] On August 26, 2016, KMZT-FM changed their call letters to KDFH and on August 31, 2016, it switched to a simulcast of KOSC 90.3 FM San Francisco.

Additional frequencies

In addition to KDFH, the programming of KDFC is transmitted by these stations and translators to widen its broadcast area.[4]
