The intersection between the Silt Business Loop and I-70 forms a diamond interchange, and there is a one-way loop at the business spur's terminus. The road then moves northward, intersecting Lions Park Circle before crossing the Colorado River, which runs roughly along I-70. On the other side of a meander, the road abruptly turns westward and meets its terminus at U.S. Highway 24, which is at that point concurrent with U.S. Highway 6. The road continues as Railroad Avenue through the city of Silt.[2][3]

The route then heads northward over the Colorado River in the northern city limits of Eagle, intersecting Chambers Avenue and Loren Road before meeting its northern terminus with Interstate 70. The intersection forms a diamond interchange, and Eby Creek Road continues toward Dell.[4]
