Zbigniew Józef Sobociński (born 16 March 1957) is a Polish politician, current Chairperson of Bydgoszcz City Council and Councillor who represents the 5th district.
On 12 November 2006 he was elected to Bydgoszcz City Council. He got 1,965 votes in 6th district, as candidate for Civic Platform list. He took office on 27 November 2006. In 2014 he was elected to Council Chairperson Office. He is a member of Health Policy Committee and Security and Public Order Committee.
