Łukasz Kowalski (born 28 April 1977) is a Polish politician, current Member of Bydgoszcz City Council who represents the 1st district.
On 12 November 2006 he was elected to Bydgoszcz City Council. He was getting 1,675 votes in 1st district, candidating from Civic Platform list. He took office on 27 November 2006. He is a Chairperson of Cooperation with European Union Committee and a member of Budget and Finance Committee and Sports and Tourism Committee.
