The Wellington City mayoral by-election, 1910 was held to determine the next Mayor of Wellington. It was triggered early on the resignation of incumbent Mayor, Alfred Newman. At this time Wellington held their local elections biennially. Thomas Wilford was elected to office as the new Mayor of Wellington, after three unsuccessful attempts prior, beating his sole opponent. The polling was conducted using the standard first-past-the-post electoral method.
