Plot

Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) host a Thanksgiving Jamboree at their home. Mitchell reluctantly admits to Claire (Julie Bowen) that he gave Fizbo away. When he tells this to Cameron, he is very surprised to see that his husband forgave him. He spends the whole episode to understand and know why he acts very oddly. In fact, Cameron also has a secret. He spend all the money the couple planned to use in order to go to Hawaï trip, while preparing Thanksgiving. Lilly (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) also has a secret as she tries to adopt a chicken.

Phil (Ty Burrell) is not very happy to learn that Haley (Sarah Hyland) prefers spending Thanksgiving with Rainer shine rather than her relatives. Cameron understands the situation, as Alex (Ariel Winter), though no longer infected with mono, gets closer on Dwight. And Manny (Rico Rodriguez finally gets Luke’s (Nolan Gould) respect since his recent election.

Jay (Ed O'Neill) has a high blood pressure and he found a way to calm himself, while performing rock songs. As Gloria (Sofia Vergara) tries to introduce Joe to a goat, the family also has to bear Jerry, the Dunphys’s former neighbor who spend this fest with them. While going to pharmacy, he, Jay and Phil meet a lawyer who was Dede’s and Jerry’s ex. The lawyer has an attack and Phil ends up being electrocuted while trying to revive him.

Finally, Haley suggests that the annual football family game could be advanced so the family could play together before her departure. This allows Phil to express his anger on Rainer.
