Square One Bus Terminal is located on Station Gate Road, between Chapters and Playdium, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. This regional GO Transit facility is situated directly across from the Mississauga City Centre Transit Terminal at 200 Rathburn Road West, the main hub for local MiWay bus service. The name comes from its proximity to Square One Shopping Centre, a large regional shopping mall.

Although much of the bus traffic through this terminal is off-peak service along the Milton GO Train corridor from downtown Toronto,^[1] there are several bus only routes which intersect here; the Oakville to Finch, Guelph to Cooksville and Highway 407 West routes.

Square One is the second busiest terminal in the GO Bus network. A new station building is under construction on the southeast corner of Station Gate Road and Centre View Drive.^[2]

Tickets and passes are available from the kiosk at Centre View Drive, beside the parking lot which has 200 spaces^[3]^[4]
