Scott Arthur Brooks Caudill (born December 3, 1976) is an American actor, entertainer, dancer, composer and author. He made his acting debut at age 15 as one of the Newsies Dancers in Disney’s Newsies (1992). He went on to play a variety of roles in films such as Touchstone Pictures' 3 Ninjas(1992) and 3 Ninjas Kick Back (1994), Lionsgate’s Peaceful Warrior (2006), National Lampoon's Endless Bummer (2009), which was re-released in 2013 as National Lampoon Presents Surf Party, and HBO's Wishcraft (2002), in which he co-starred with Meat Loaf who became a close friend and adviser.

In addition to his film career, Caudill has appeared in guest roles on numerous television shows including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (“Sounds of Silence” – 2001), The Mentalist (“Rose-Colored Glasses” – 2010), Bones (“The Devil in the Detail” – 2010), and Saving Grace (“You Think I'm Gonna Eat My Gun?” – 2010). He has also had recurring roles on both CBS’s The Young and the Restless as well as TeenNick’s Beyond the Break.

In 1999 Caudill was part of the dance team that performed Wild, Wild West with Will Smith and Dru Hill at the MTV Movie Awards. Caudill performed again with Smith at KIIS FM's 1999 Wango Tango Concert. Caudill was also featured in several music videos including Carlos Santana's "Maria Maria" (1999) which featured Wyclef Jean, Billy Crawford's "Mary Lopez" (1999), and Nobody's Angel "Wanna Dance" (1999).

Caudill has also produced several albums under the pseudonyms Jesic and Scooter Page. Jesic, which is a contraction of Jesus and Music, was Caudill’s earliest efforts. The music is a mix of rhythm and blues with pop stylings that focus on positive message lyrics from a Christian-based worldview. He recorded three albums as Jesic; Point In Time (1999), 4 Now 6 Later (2002) and Here2Hear (2011). 4 Now 6 Later was recorded for Clarence Collins’ Imperials Plus Records label. Caudill was introduced to Collins through long-time family friend and mentor Jerome Anthony "Little Anthony" Gourdine who along with Collins founded Little Anthony and the Imperials; a rhythm and blues/soul/doo-wop vocal group who charted several times with songs such as “Tears On My Pillow”, "Hurt So Bad" and “Shimmy, Shimmy Ko-Ko-Bop”.

As Scooter Page, Caudill’s music features a more rock/pop tonal quality with lyric content that is based on Caudill’s life experiences. His freshman effort Evolution To Better Days (2014) was recorded at Hemispheres Recording Studio in Nashville, Tennessee. The album was co-produced by Caudill and James Lugo. Lugo is best known for his engineering work with artists such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Snoop Dogg, Bruce Springsteen and Rod Stewart. In addition, Lugo has worked as a vocal coach for American Idol and Nickleodeon as well as artists including Matt Sorum, Bruce Bouillet and Mark Salling. The album's first single, “I Miss Home (Not), was released on the TMG/LRT record label through INgrooves' Fontana Distribution. The song has been critically applauded and was featured on Vevo Video.

Caudill formed Marbleized Productions in 2016 as a hub for his creative endeavors. All of Caudill’s writing, acting, recordings and production projects are managed through Marbleized. All music related publishing is also managed by Marbleized in conjunction with Sound Oasis Productions and Valerie Jones.

In the summer of 2016 Caudill began work on his sophomore album for Scooter Page as well as writing his first novel The Longshore Entertainer, a fictional story based on the juxtaposition of Caudill’s own experiences as a dock worker and an entertainer. The book is being co-authored by Caudill along with John Harper and Jeremy pion-Berlin.
