Salazar Park

Ruben F. Salazar Park (formerly Laguna Park) is a public county park in East Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.

The park is located at 3864 Whittier Boulevard, about 2 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles.

It was renamed "Salazar Park" in honor of slain journalist Rubén Salazar, who was killed nearby in 1970.^[1]
