The Mnet Asian Music Award for Best New Male/Female Artist/Group (남자/여자 신인상/그룹상) is an award presented annually by CJ E&M Pictures (Mnet).

It was first awarded at the 1st Mnet Asian Music Awards ceremony held in 1999; winners Lee Jung-hyun and Team for their songs "Come" and "Farewell" received the "Best New Solo Artist" and "Best New Group" titles respectively, and it is given in honor for the new artist/s with the most artistic achievement in the music industry.[1]
