Manuel Lozano (politician)

Manuel Lozano is the current mayor of Baldwin Park, California. He is a registered Democrat.[1]

Lozano was first elected mayor in 1999 and has been re-elected eight times since.[2] He began his career in public service for the City of Baldwin Park in 1992 when he was appointed to the Planning Commission, in 1995 he was appointed to the City of Baldwin Park's City Council and won re-election in 1997. He is currently the longest serving mayor in the city's history since it was incorporated.

Lozano is a member of the San Gabriel Valley Water Association, Los Angeles County Sanitation District numbers 15 and 22, Independent Cities Risk Management Authority, and the Los Angeles County City Selection Committee.[3]
