Malaysia-South African relations (Malay: Hubungan Malaysia–Afrika Selatan Afrikaans: Maleisië-Suid-Afrika verhoudings) refers to the current and historical relationship between Malaysia and South Africa. Formal relations were established in 1993 and, in 2010, Malaysia was the fourth largest new investor in South Africa.[1] Both are full members of the Commonwealth.

Trade

In 2010, Malaysia was South Africa's 20th largest total trade partner with roughly 4.8 million Rand in volume.[2]
