Malý Bor is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.07 square kilometres (5.82 sq mi), and has a population of 565 (as at 28 August 2006).
Malý Bor lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) east of Klatovy, 51 km (32 mi) south-east of Plzeň, and 102 km (63 mi) south-west of Prague.
