Lincoln has always been a part-time evening law school since its beginning, established to fill the needs of working professionals and others who prefer an evening program.

Lincoln Law School is currently in the process of attaining WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) accreditation. The School has achieved the "Eligiblility" standing and is continuing the process towards "Initial Accreditation."
