Katie Marzullo

Katie Marzullo is an American television news anchor and reporter.

Early life to graduating

Marzullo was born in Berkeley, California. She graduated from San Clemente High School in San Clemente, California, and then, she enrolled into California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, where she discovered the thrill of television news at CPTV, the campus TV station. Marzullo graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in journalism.

Television career: The 2000's to October 2011

In The 2000s, Marzullo began her television career at KCOY in Santa Maria, California, as a producer. Then, she moved to Eureka, California, where she began reporting at KIEM. Marzullo moved from the state of California, to the state of North Carolina, to its state capital: Raleigh, where she worked as a reporter for News 14 Carolina (which is now Time Warner Cable News North Carolina). Marzullo moved out of the Carolinas, by moving back to the Bay Area, there, she returned to KCOY, where she was anchor and reporter, even co-anchoring the station's 5 weekday evening newscasts.

KGO-TV San Francisco: October 2011 to present

In October 2011, Marzullo joined KGO-TV, an ABC affiliate TV station in San Francisco, California, there, she is currently being a weekday reporter, and she was anchoring the Evening News by herself, every Saturday and Sunday Evening.

Personal life

Marzullo currently lives in San Francisco, California, enjoys jogging along the Marina Green to Hoppers Hand. One of her 3 sisters also lives in San Francisco. She is Marzullo's best friend and is also a San Francisco city tour guide.
