Juan Rodríguez Clara

Juan Rodríguez Clara is a Municipality in Veracruz, Mexico. It is located in south zone of the state, about 335 km from state capital Xalapa. It has a surface of 934.20 km2. It is located at 18°00′N 95°24′W / 18.000°N 95.400°W / 18.000; -95.400.

The municipality of Juan Rodríguez Clara is delimited to the north by Hueyapan de Ocampo to the east by Acayucan and San Juan Evangelista, to the south by Oaxaca State, to the west by Playa Vicente and Isla.[1]

It produces principally maize, beans, rice, watermelon, green chile, sugarcane and Pineapple.

In Juan Rodríguez Clara, in December takes place the celebration in honor to Virgen de Guadalupe, Patron of the town.

The weather in Juan Rodríguez Clara is warm all year with rains in summer and autumn.
