Fairy Tail Gaiden: The Twin Dragons of Sabertooth (Japanese: フェアリーテイル 外伝 剣咬の双竜 Hepburn: Fearī Teiru Gaiden Kengami no Sōryū) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kyouta Shibano, based on Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail series. It ran in 2015 and is published in North America by Kodansha Comics USA.

Plot

The Twin Dragons and the other members of Sabertooth guild stop a robbery and are subsequently put in the Weekly Sorcerer Magazine for it.Next day Yukino is late in arriving to the guild, and when she finally arrives, Sting notices that she is an imposter when she acts out of character.It is revealed that the real Yukino have been kidnapped by the Guild Master of the Dark Guild Abyss Horn to use her Magic to revive an ancient magical weapon named Allocer. Sting goes the guild and defeats all members of Abyss Horn.

Sting Eucliffe (スティング・ユークリフ Sutingu Yūkurifu)
A 19-year-old dragon slayer from the Saber Tooth guild, and one of the Twin Dragons alongside Rogue Cheney.
Rogue Cheney (ローグ・チェーニ Rōgu Chēni)
A 19-year-old dragon slayer and Sting Eucliffe's partner.
Yukino Agria (ユキノ・アグリア Yukino Aguria)
An 18-year-old celestial wizard.
Minerva Orland (ミネルバ・オーランド Mineruba Ōrando)
One of the strongest member in Sabertooth and a former rival of Erza Scalet.

Release

Kyouta Shibano began serializing the manga in the Magazine Pocket smartphone app from July 30, 2015 to November 4, 2015. The series was licensed for an English language release in North America by Kodansha USA on March 24, 2016, with the first volume released on December 6, 2016.[1]
