City Commercial Center or C3 Mall is the first government owned mall in Pagadian City and in the Zamboanga Peninsula region. This mall is constructed through the administration of Mayor Samuel S. Co.

Robinsons Supermarket is the major tenants of C3 mall.[1] This development marks the first retail venture of JG Summit in Zamboanga Peninsula.

History

The site is located on the site of the old public market in the city proper. Originally named "Pagadian Shopping Mall", C3's mall design was changed twice. The first structure was designed by Palafox and Associates. But due to the limitations of size and structural design, the alternate design by Hillmarcs Construction was followed.

It was the venue for the 20th Mindanao Business Conference, which was held in September 7-9, 2011, with US Ambassador to the Philippines Harry K. Thomas, Jr. as guest of honor.

Status

Robinsons Supermarket opened its doors in Pagadian on December 3, 2010. The mall was set for soft opening in July 2011 with new stores such as Robinsons' Handyman officially opened in September, coinciding with the 20th Mindanao Business Conference. The grand opening of the mall was on September 23, 2011 with more than 20 artists from Manila to witness the ceremony.
