Binibining Pilipinas 2010, the 47th annual Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI), took place on March 6 at the Araneta Coliseum, and was broadcast by GMA Network and GMA's international channel, GMA Pinoy TV.[1] The four-hour-long coronation night was hosted by Dingdong Dantes and Carla Abellana. There were 24 ladies who competed in the event.

Maria Venus Raj was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Universe by Pamela Bianca Manalo, Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2009. Czarina Catherine Gatbonton was crowned Binibining Pilipinas World by Marie-Ann Umali, Binibining Pilipinas World 2009; and Krista Eileen Kleiner was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International by Melody Adelheid Gersbach, Binibining Pilipinas International 2009

Due to issues with her papers, Maria Venus Raj was briefly replaced by second runner-up Helen Nicolette Henson as the country's representative to the 2010 Miss Universe pageant. This decision was later reversed on April 10, 2010, when pageant organizers allowed Ms. Raj to reclaim her title pending her obtaining a valid Philippine passport. Raj would eventually place as Fourth Runner-up at Miss Universe 2010, ending the decade-long drought of the Philippines in the pageant.
