State Route 18 (SR 18) is a 61.591-mile-long (99.121 km) state highway in northwest Alabama.

Route description

It travels from the Mississippi state line, where it continues as Mississippi Highway 12, west of Vernon, east to SR 69 south of Oakman, passing through mainly rural areas of Lamar County, Fayette County, and Walker County. In addition to Vernon and Oakman, SR 18 travels through the towns of Fayette and Berry. The only junctions that SR 18 has with major routes are at Fayette, where it intersects U.S. Route 43 (US 43) and SR 107.
