"Work This Body" is a song by American rock band Walk the Moon for their third studio album, Talking Is Hard (2014). The song was released to alternative radio stations as the album's third single on February 23, 2016.[1]

Background

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, frontman Nicholas Petricca stated that “‘Work This Body’ is a song about getting my ass in shape and standing up to my fears.”[2] Petricca has also commented that it "is really all about being unafraid to chase your dreams and to go after what you really want."[3]
