Willow Vale, New South Wales (Wingecarribee)

Willow Vale is a Northern Village of the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia, in Wingecarribee Shire. It is located 1 km north of Mittagong and is often considered part of Braemar along with its neighbour Balaclava. There is also a road that links Willow Vale to Colo Vale, and some locals hold the belief that this is because they both end in 'Vale'. Locals jest at the possibility of a tunnel, or even bridge that would connect either village to the larger Moss Vale, however this has been dismissed by the Council. At the 2006 census, Willow Vale had a population of 623.[1]
