William Wilson (businessman)

Stanley 'William' Willson MBE was chairman of Aston Martin from 1972 – 1975.[1] Wilson bought the company in 1972 for £100, when it was in financial trouble. After three months after Wilson took control, Aston Martin brought out two new models, and the company was recovering. Wilson sold the company in 1975 for over £1,000,000.

Wilson died on 25 December 2003, aged 76[2]
