The station was sold to Educational Media Foundation in Summer of 2009.[2] Prior to the station's sale to Educational Media Foundation it was owned by Christian Communication Network[3] (Quest For Life, Inc.)[2] and aired a Christian Contemporary format as Positive Hit Radio 101QFL.[4][5]
