VooDoo BBQ & Grill

VooDoo BBQ & Grill is an American restaurant chain specializing in New Orleans style barbecue with Caribbean, Cajun and Creole spices. It operates more than 15 restaurants in Louisiana, Florida and South Carolina. The first VooDoo BBQ & Grill opened in New Orleans on Mardi Gras Day in 2002.[1]

BBQ Boyz LLC, a Fort Lauderdale-based restaurant development company purchased rights for up to 26 VooDoo locations in Florida (south of the Florida Panhandle).[1]

Menu

The VooDoo BBQ & Grill menu includes brisket, chicken, pork, gumbo, PoBoy sandwiches, salads and burgers. Sides include "rattlesnake" beans, corn pudding, Zapp’s potato chips and sweet potato soufflé.[1]
