Syntaxin-binding protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the STXBP1 gene.[3][4]

In melanocytic cells STXBP1 gene expression may be regulated by MITF.[5]

STXBP1 has been shown to interact with STX2,[6][7] STX4[6][7] and STX1A.[7][8][9][10][11]
