SK Basheed (born 14 August 1985) is an Indian film director, producer and actor.[1][2] Born in Andhra Pradesh to screenwriters Ibriham and Azimunnisa, he grew up under the influence of the film industry. After completing his schooling in Urdu high school, he pursued a commerce degree in AC Collage, Andhra Pradesh before dropping out, and beginning his career in films by working as Hong Kong short films technical camera department an assistant director in DAD (2005).

SBK, after establishing a production company named SBK Films Corporation, before that in first film Allare Allari in Bajju Art Productions proprietor & producer SK Basheed in banner first opening Telagu induries big person's Blessing's Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister: Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, Home Minister: Devendra Gour, Home Minister: Sabita Indra Reddy, Rajasabha Sm Lall Jan Bash, SM MLA Jiyawddin, Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao , Dr. Dasari Narayana Rao, Kovelamudi Raghavendra Rao, D. Ramanaidu, Eev Satyanarayana, Prasad Lab Ramesh Prasad, Director Muktiyala subaya, Director Sagar, Director B.Gopal, Shrikant , Tamil Director: Suresh Krishna and another State Political leader's. Made his directorial debut under Assistance of Muppalaneni Siva with Allare Allari Telgu Movie(2007) and received critical acclaim for portraying modern youth. Following it, he made SatyamevJayetay (2008). He went on to make the commercially successful Chanramukhi (2009), though failing to receive critical acclaim for it. [3] He started his acting career with Benki Birugali (2013), and indulged in further experimentation before he acted in, Ramdev(2010) film as a special appearance for a song. In the upcoming year, he directed and produce Fire(2014).[4]

Early life and background

SK Basheed (born 14 August 1985) was born to screenwriters Ibriham and Azimunnisa in Andhra Pradesh Guntur district, Vejandala village. He has an elder brothers, Shaik Sattar and Shaik Subhani and one elder sister Shaik Nano. In very small age Basheed considered a Hero Pawan kalian and Nandmurli balkrishna as an "inspiration" in the film industry.

He did his schooling in Urdu high school in Mumbai and went on to study a Commerce degree in the AC Collage in Andhra Pradesh. His next few years were spent mostly just watching movies.

Career

Basheed worked as an apprentice in cinematography and direction for Suresh Krishna's Dad (2005). He also assisted Somarasimha Reddy as a director in B.Gopal (2006) before launching himself into direction and producer.

Directing and producing

SBK made his writing and directorial debut at the age of 22 with the critically acclaimed film Allare Allari(2007), produced by SBK Films Pvt Ltd., a production company he established in 2006. It was shot over a period of three months in London, Hong Kong and Switzerland. Due to its acclaim, he called it a "turning point" in his career. While Serving the entertainment world for a remarkable amount of time, SBK Films has produced blockbusters and entertained people with movies like Allare Allari, Satyamev Jayetay, Chanramukhi, Ramdev and lots more.

Allare Allari released in 2007 Aug 14 had star casting silver jubli hero Allari Naresh, Venu and herions Parvati Melton, Mallika Kapoor, Lina Sidhu, Ritika music director Chakkeri famous Telugu director photography studykam prasad.[5][6]

The movie Satyamev Jayetay released on 10 August 2008 with 100 days starcast hero Rajshekher and heroin Shridevika music by china, director and producer SK basheed. Chanramukhi was released on 23 September 2009 Sep 25 with hero Rajnikant and Heroin Joytika, director and producer SK Basheed music by A. R. Rahman director N Shankar in Telgu language. [7]

Acting

Benki Birugali is a 2013 Indian Kannada action comedy film directed and produced by S. K. Basheed who is making his debut in Sandalwood as a lead actor. The film also has Rishi, Kadhal Sandhya, Rekha, Monica, BanuMehra, ‘Bullet’ Prakash, Layendra and Janardhan. While KS Cheluvaraj is the cinematographer of the film, MM Srilekha has composed the music. The film was launched in January 2011. It was shot at various locations in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.[8][9][10][11][12][13]

Benki Birugali released on 26 April. The film was supposed to be originally a bilingual – Telugu and Kannada - however, the Telugu version Fire, will not be released.
