Royal Oak, Missouri

Royal Oak is an unincorporated community in Oregon County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1]

History

A post office called Royaloak was established in 1894, and remained in operation until 1895.[2] Besides the post office, Royal Oak had a church,[3] and a school.[4] The site was so named on account of a nearby tract of oak trees.[5]
