Prescot railway station serves the town of Prescot, Merseyside, England. It is situated on the electrified Liverpool to Wigan Line. The station, and all trains serving it, are operated by Northern.

Services

Monday to Saturday, Prescot is served by trains every 30 minutes between Liverpool Lime Street and Wigan North Western, with some p.m peak and late evening trains continuing to Preston. However, after 20.00 each evening, the frequency of these services reduces to hourly.[1]

On Sundays the service is hourly in each direction, running through to Preston & Blackpool North.
