Nikki Pradhan (born on 8 Dedember 1993) is an Indian Hockey player. She is the first Women hockey player from Jharkhand. She is the daughter of Soma Pradhan (father) and Jitan Devi (mother). She is from Heshal village, Murthu block, Khunti district, Ranchi, Jharkhand. She is a product of Bariatu Girls' Hockey Center, Ranchi.[3] She is part of the Indian Women's Hockey team in the 2016 Summer Olympics.[4][5]
International
- She first played for India in U-17 Asia Cup in Bangkok in 2011 and won silver.[6]
- She was a part of the U-21 team which won silver in the Asia Cup but was out of action because of injury until the beginning of 2015.
- She participated in the 2012 Asia Cup in the under-21 category.
- She was selected for Rio Olympics, Brazil, 2016.[7]
- She scripted history by becoming the 1st woman hockey player of Jharkhand to represent India in olympics.[8]
