This is a list of women who have represented Thailand at the Miss Earth pageant.

The current titleholder is Atcharee Buakhiao, 1st Runner-up in Miss Universe Thailand 2016. She will represent Thailand at Miss Earth 2016 in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

History

2001-2012: Miss Universe Thailand

The first ever Thai representative for Miss Earth in 2001 is Victoria Wachholz. She was a Miss Universe Thailand 2001 contestant.

In 2002, Bangkok Broadcasting & T.V. Co., Ltd. (Channel 7) was awarded the rights to host the Miss Thailand Universe pageant and to send the winner to compete at Miss Universe and 1st Runner-up to compete at Miss Earth. Radchadawan Khampeng was placed in the Top 8. She was the first Thailand's semi-finalist in Miss Earth 2004 at Manila, Philippines. Jiraporn Sing-ieam was placed in the Top 8 in Miss Earth 2007 and won the Best National Costume award. She is the first Thailand that received the special award at Miss Earth. In Angeles City where Miss Earth 2008 was held, Piyaporn Deejing was one of the semi-finalists in the Top 16 round, which made Thailand called-in the semi-finalist two years in a row. In Miss Earth 2009 at Boracay, Rujinan Phanseethum was placed in the Top 8, which made Thailand called-in the semi-finalist three years in a row. In 10th Miss Earth Pageant at Vietnam, Watsaporn Wattanakoon was placed as 2nd Runner-up (Miss Water) and won the Miss Photogenic award. In Miss Earth 2011 at Manila, Niratcha Tungtisanont was placed in the Top 16, which made Thailand called-in the semi-finalist fifth years in a row.

Royal Thai Army Radio and Television Channel 5 was awarded the rights to host and change name of the pageant in 2012. The pageant sent 1st Runner-up to compete at Miss Earth where it was represented by Waratthaya Wongchayaporn.

2013–2014: New franchise holders

In 2013, Organizer IQ Co., Ltd. was awarded the rights to host Miss Earth Thailand pageant and to send a Thai representative to compete at Miss Earth. This came after the Miss Universe Thailand Organization lost its license from the Miss Earth Foundation. Punika Kulsoontornrut was crowned the first Miss Earth Thailand in November 2013 and placed as Miss Earth-Water or the second runner-up.

In 2014, Nawat Itsaragrisil, who owns Miss Grand Thailand, took over the license of Miss Earth. The second title of Miss Grand Thailand was slated as Miss Earth Thailand where Sasi Sintawee won. Itsaragrisil lost the MIss Earth Thailand franchise in 2015 and was awarded back to Bangkok Broadcasting & T.V. Co., Ltd. (Channel 7).
