Since 2011 the pageant selects three winners: Česká Miss, Česká Miss World, and Česká Miss Earth to compete in Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Earth respectively.[1][3][4]

In 2012 for the first time, Czech Miss produced the international winner of Miss Earth 2012, Tereza Fajksová.
