K. Dasarath

Dasaradh, born (Kondapalli Dasarath Kumar or Kondapalli Dasaradh Kumar or Dasaradh Telugu: కొండపల్లి దశరథ్ కుమార్), is an Indian film, screenwriter, dialogue writer and director in Telugu cinema. He has directed blockbusters like Santosham and Mr. Perfect.^[1][2]

Personal life

Dasaradh was born on 30 November 1971, to a Telugu Brahmin family, in Khammam, Telangana.^[3] He married Sesha Sowmya, in 2005 and has a daughter, named Karthika.^[4]

Career

Before coming to films, he worked for TV Media as a Screenplay and dialogue writer for four soap opera's. with noted author and writer, Yandamuri Veerendranath. One of the TV series called Vennello Aada Pilla aired at Doordarshan, Andhra Pradesh was a commercial success. He is associated with successful directors like Yandamuri Veerendranath, Veera Shankar, Teja and YVS Chowdary from the past ten years.^[5]

He has also worked as associate director for Veera Shankar's film Hello I Love You, Tulasi Kumar's film Harischandra, YVS Chowdary's film Yuvaraju, Teja's film Chitram, Nuvvu Nenu, Family Circus and B. V. Ramana's film Subhavela.^[6]
