Kilsyth South is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 32 km east from Melbourne's Central Business District. Its local government area is the City of Maroondah. At the 2011 Census, Kilsyth South had a population of 3,053. The bushland of the suburb is the only place there Kilsyth South Spider Orchids were found.
