KCSD (90.9 FM) is a radio station licensed to Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The station is owned by South Dakota Public Broadcasting, through licensee South Dakota Board of Directors for Educational Telecommunications; the station was acquired from the University of Sioux Falls in December 2013. SDPB had operated the station on USF's behalf under a long-standing management agreement.[1] The purchase, at a price of $420,000, was consummated on February 10, 2014.
