Website Jenni Rivera Boutique

Jenni Rivera Fashion is a South California and web-based fashion boutique.[1][2] The boutique was officially opened to the public on November 9, 2013 in Panorama City, California. Jenni began manufacturing clothing along with designers with designs and styles of American texture and exotic clothing styles which became her trademark on stage. The boutique features clothes with the singer's initials, J-R, an exclusive line of Jenni jeans, and Jenni Rivera perfume. The store also carries a complete line of cosmetics like white and pink lip gloss, makeup, powder and eye shadows with her name on them.[3] All of her albums are also available at the boutique.[4] The boutique is located in the 8500 block of Van Nuys Boulevard in Panorama City, California.[5] Rosie Rivera (Jenni's sister and acting CEO of the company) has shared her plans to expand the boutique.[6]

Jenni Rivera had everything picked out for the boutique and was almost ready to announce a grand opening date. Due to a plane crash in December 2012 that claimed her life she was unable to do so. Her family went ahead the finished what she started and opened the boutique. The store has appeared on the Rivera's hit-reality show I Love Jenni and Jenni Rivera Presents: Chiquis 'n Control broadcast on NBC Universo.

Background

Singer Jenni Rivera expressed plans over the years of her career to brand her name into a fashion line. She wanted to design clothing for voluptuous women. She had first announced the production of her line of jeans, known to the public as 'Jenni Jeans' in 2010. She approved designs for the jeans as well as sweat suits in the last three months of her life.

Stores

The one boutique location that Rivera approved and designed herself is located in Panorama City, California. Rivera began construction on the boutique in early 2012 and was planning a grand opening date for January 2013. Given the circumstances of her death, the boutique did not open until November 9th, 2013. The location acts as the main store for the entire brand and still stands to this day.

The boutique had a location inside Northgate of Long Beach (Rivera's hometown) from June 2015 to early 2016. An inspirational center in Rivera's name is expected to open in Long Beach sometime between late-2016 and mid-2017. It is expected to feature a museum in Rivera's honor, a boutique location, a child-care center, and more.
