Jeff Tuttle was a guitar player for The Dillinger Escape Plan until 2012. It was announced that he was the new rhythm guitarist in Summer 2007, following James Love who was with the band immediately after the departure of previous guitarist Brian Benoit, who can no longer play due to a degenerative nerve condition in his left hand.[1]

Tuttle played PRS guitars onstage, as well as Mesa and Orange amplifiers.

Option Paralysis was the first The Dillinger Escape Plan album that Tuttle contributed to, helping to co-write and perform the vocals to Parasitic Twins, as well as providing backing vocals throughout the album. However, he did not play any guitar on the album.

Tuttle is a Detroit[2] native who previously played in Heads Will Roll, Capture the Flag (Go Kart, Conquer the World, Happy Guy Records), Hyatt and Holocaust.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Tuttle is a regular contributor to the independently produced Solid Dudes Kitchen, a web-based cooking show. For season one he appeared in the Mac and Cheese episode, and for season two he appeared in the Dia de Los Muertos episode. In both episodes he performs as himself, answering questions with subtitled guitar riffs. Tuttle used to perform in the band Heads Will Roll with the show's co-creators Dave Graw and Derek Swanson.
