Janet Alcoriza (born Janet Riesenfeld also known as Raquel Rojas; 4 January 1918 – 12 November 1998) was an Austrian born Mexican screenwriter and actress.[1] She contributed to more than fifty films from 1945 to 1987. Alcoriza was married to Mexican screenwriter and director Luis Alcoriza. Her father, composer Hugo Riesenfeld had emigrated to the United States in 1907.
